Bringing over two decades of experience as a teacher, academic coach, vice principal, and now principal, Principal Mora-Atencio has dedicated her career to nurturing the academic and personal growth of students and educators alike. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Adams State University and earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas-Arlington. Trained by Solution Tree and the Marzano Institute, Principal Mora-Atencio is recognized in implementing and sustaining the High Reliability Schools framework and model professional learning communities with a focus on transforming PLCs into dynamic forums for teacher collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
